The nurse advice line provides patients access to a team of experienced RNs (registered nurses) 5:00pm – 9:00am M-F and 24 hours on the weekend. Daytime and extended hours available upon request. Nurses assess callers on their reported ailments and guide them toward the proper route of medical care. We offer urgent and non-urgent assistance along with referrals and drug and medication information. In addition, we actively educate callers on the positive lifestyle choices they have so they can make conscious decisions about their healthcare. The nurse advice line service delivers skillful medical advice to patients while also providing detailed call reports for our clients’ use.

Nurse Telephone Triage Service LLC utilize Barton Schmitt, MD, Julie K. Briggs and Dale Thompson, MD protocols. When a patient calls the Nurse Advice Line, a typed document detailing the telephonic triage encounter is sent to the doctor’s office by the following morning, to be included in the patient’s medical record.
