Responsible for assisting our clients on inbound and outbound customer service calls. NO SALES!

PRIMARY DUTIES
Listening to customers’ questions and concerns and providing answers or responses as needed while maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Keeping records of customer interactions and/or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints or comments, as well as actions taken.

Reviewing and/or updating customer accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Spanish language proficiency is preferred, but not required.
  • High school diploma or GED is required. Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Suitable typing skills and ability to sit for extended periods of time are required.
  • Must have good communication and grammar skills and be computer literate.
  • Must be motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Employment is contingent upon a drug screening and employee background check.

Customer Care Supervisor | Apply Here

Responsible for supervising, training and developing Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Also responsible for maintaining service and quality levels and assisting CSRs with achieving top monitoring scores.

PRIMARY DUTIES
Monitor agent statistics through ASPECT reports.

Enforce the rules of the call center.

Maintain Service Level Agreements and call quality.

Regularly coach CSRs and assist in their development.

Maintain and develop client relationships.

Train new CSRs in their duties and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years minimum experience in related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a call center environment.
  • Must have computer proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs. Previous experience with ASPECT phone system is a plus.
  • Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced and high speed environment.
  • Employment is contingent upon a drug screening and employee background check.

Responsible for assisting the Call Center Supervisor with the coaching and professional development of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). Will also assist with maintaining service and quality levels, as well as training new CSRs.

PRIMARY DUTIES

Enforce the rules of the call center and set a professional example to CSRs.

Assist in handling daily call center issues.

Ensure Service Level Agreements are being met.

Ensure call quality levels are being met.

Train new CSRs in their duties and responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced and high speed environment.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader or other supervisory position.
